Finding High Quality Girls

Enough with the lay reports (LRs). I’m not just a sex machine. I want to express myself.
The past month was pretty crazy for me. I got to know a LOT of new girls, which was fun.
But it was crazy because in the span of two months, I’ve lost two wonderful women who have been there for me whenever I needed them for the past 2.5 years and 8 years.
My girlfriend here in Beijing, who had been with me for 2.5 years, finally moved out of my Beijing apartment. She’s 25 this year and really wants to settle down after having had a wild youth. She thought I’d make a great husband, but I’m in no rush to get married and told her so. In the end, I decided it wasn’t fair to her to keep stringing her along for another several years, so I stood firm, and we separated. Lots of tears. She disappeared for several days, only to come back and move out all her stuff one morning. More tears. We really care for each other, but we both know that if we prolong the split, it’ll make things more difficult for both of us. So we’re trying to keep radio silence, at least for a few months. I tell you, though, I miss her to death and think about her a lot.
I also split up with my long-time (8 years) Canadian wife back in August. It was long overdue. We had a lot of problems and fights. But I tell you, I could always count on her to be there for me and give me emotional support.
Now I’m really on my own. Sure, I’ve got a few fuckbuddies. Basically, we meet up for sex and a meal or maybe some shopping. But we haven’t (and may never be able to) make a deep connection like the kind I had with these two wonderful women.
I must say, it is REALLY hard to find a truly hot Chinese girl in a bar/club who:
1) does NOT smoke (this alone eliminates 90% of the people there)
2) is pursuing ambitious career goals
3) is cultured and sophisticated, the kind of girl who’d like to check out the art galleries and museums with me
4) is emotionally stable and not needy.
I’m not asking much. Just those four things for now. Physically, she must be gorgeous and fashionable, but that goes without saying. Actually, if I am out for three to four hours, I will usually see at least one girl who meets my physical criteria. It’s the other factors that are deal breakers.
Regal was the first to suggest to me that my emotional void (despite having frequent sex with different girls) is due to the quality of girls in the venues I am frequenting. He suggested looking more in the day time.
If you check my archives for the David Wygant on day game post I wrote, you’ll see that such was my intention all along. I forgot completely about that. And I now hope to give it a shot in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.

Yeah, Rake. I totally know what you mean about finding quality in clubs in Asia. It’s a cultural thing for sure.

Hey man I listened to your intvw with C Hudson. Not many “aplyers” I’ve run into reading up that are on my educational level so it was quite refreshing to hear your story. OK, so I think we can agree the best women are not in the clubs. This is true not just in Asia. The question is, can you take what you’ve learnt and NOT use clubs or bars as your talent pool? I have yet to find one PUAuthor who can pull this off. Even Zan has to resort to clubs. These locations are different from other settings. Women are there for a reason.. because they know who’d likely to be there.
Cool to see people are still reading these old posts. It’s really weird for me to read these again. It’s like reading old diary entries. Brings back memories…
Since this entry, I have found very high quality women in bars, but it was on those few occasions when they go dancing, which is usually about once or twice a month, and they’re only in the club for a couple of hours. They’re there. They’re just hard to find.
Still, the concentration of hot girls is highest in bars and clubs. With the exception of upscale and happening shopping malls on the weekends, the night scene is the place to be if you want to be efficient. If you’re poking around Starbucks hoping to find your girl, you had better be in a megacity like New York, Shanghai, or Beijing, where there is a high concentration of people period, and not in small town USA.

Not sure I agree. I guess it’s all personal perspective and the definition of high quality. University towns are teaming with young girls if you like that. I grew up in a megacity and that’s a no brainer too. Currently I’m in a ‘megacity’ ex-US and it’s teaming with model types (think Elle Macpherson or Rachel Hunter but better) and cute Asian women and a nice mix of other cultures. Accessing this is as easy as going outside in the right place. Strolling into a few shops. They are there. So personally I think bars and clubs are a crutch. But I think I may be in a place that is literally “too easy” compared to where most PUA’s are. And you know, no one is having at these women in public. They are using the bars and clubs. Just silly.

Okay, let’s get this clear. You can find high quality women in BOTH bars/clubs AND in the day at malls, etc.
Most people, like myself, go to bars and clubs because we are working during the daytime and don’t get off work until after dinner, or we get up so late, like 1pm, and by the time we get all our chores and work done, it’s dark out. It’s NOT because we don’t want to go out during the day.
Frankly, I think it’s absurd to make value judgments about guys based on where they like to go to find women. Both day and night game are fine by me.
In fact, I do day game when on vacation and on the odd Saturday or Sunday afternoon (if I can wake up in time). I fully endorse day game and teach it on programs.
